Oxford Industries Inc. has announced the appointment of Mark Maidment as the new CEO of Ben Sherman Group. Mr. Maidment has been with Ben Sherman since 2002 and served as its Creative Director since 2005, with responsibilities that have included oversight of the brand's product design and marketing. Mr. Maidment will report directly to Oxford's CEO and President Thomas C. Chubb III. Alongside Mr. Maidment's appointment, Lindsay Dunsmuir, who has been serving as the group's Finance Director, has been appointed as COO for Ben Sherman Group. As COO, Mr. Dunsmuir will oversee all aspects of Ben Sherman's finance and operations.

On November 4, 2012, Panayiotis Philippou's service as CEO of Ben Sherman Group Limited terminated. Mr. Philippou was one of Oxford Industries Inc.'s named executive officers. Thomas C. Chubb III, Oxford Industries Inc.'s current President and CEO-elect, will serve as the principal executive of Ben Sherman Group Limited on an interim basis.

Ben Sherman announced the appointment of Adrian Ward Rees as Senior Vice President Merchandising and Commercial Director for the Ben Sherman Group. Adrian brings with him a wealth of experience with previous executive positions held at global brands such as Nike, Adidas, Speedo and most recently at Burberry where he was Director or Menswear.
