American Trucking Associations Names HireRight as a Featured Product Partner

American Trucking Associations announced it has again named HireRight to its roster of Featured Products. HireRight has integrated its employment screening solutions with transportation-specific talent management systems, such Avatar, EBE Technologies, JJ Keller, Rapid Hire and Tenstreet, to help employers automate their recruiting and screening processes.

Jobvite and HireRight Join Forces to Offer Integrated Solution

Jobvite announced the availability of a pre-integrated solution with HireRight. The integrated solution will help employers fill positions more quickly through social sourcing, reduce time-to-hire, and help improve the quality of hire, while improving the candidate and recruiter experience. These benefits will enable recruiters to combat the increasing challenge of finding and retaining top talent. The pre-integrated solution simplifies the recruiting process by allowing Jobvite users to order and manage their background checks and drug tests within the Jobvite Hire Application. The solution features single sign-on, and will enable a background check or drug test order within just a few clicks. Candidate information from Jobvite pre-populates the background check request, eliminating duplicate data entry, the potential for human errors, and saves organizations time and administration. The HireRight Applicant Center improves the candidate experience, giving them access to manage their own background screening process. The system provides visibility into background checks and allows candidates to submit documents and information, respond to alerts, questions and requests for additional data, view status updates, and interact directly with HireRight for support through live chat. According to Aberdeen Group, using an integrated, automated talent management solution increases quality of hire by up to 10%, while reducing time-to-hire and cost-of-hire. The pre-integrated solution leverages the Jobvite SaaS platform and HireRight Connect API, making the combined application robust and scalable. It enables configurable account and package setup and flexible order management.
