Altor Equity Partners said that is planning to either sell off stake in Apotek Hjärtat AB or carryout an IPO (Initial Public Offering). Dagens Industri reported that now Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) (OM:SEB A), Nordea Bank AB (publ) (OM:NDA SEK) and Deutsche Bank AG (DB:DBK) are looking for interested buyers. Fredrik Strömholm, partner at Altor, said that Altor has not assigned the banks for this process and that it is considering an IPO. According to Fredrik Strömholm, even if a buyer presents itself, Altor is not in a hurry to sell.

Altor Equity Partners is eyeing a sale of O.W. Bunker & Trading A/S, possibly through a stock market listing. "An exit may well come in the foreseeable future," Altor's Head of Danish activities Soren Johansen told Reuters. "It's clear that this company, with its growth potential and its characteristics, could be very attractive to list."
