Skanska has signed a contract with Akademiska Hus AB to build a laboratory for medical research at Karolinska Institutet Campus in Solna, Sweden. For the quarter, on consolidated basis, the company announced total property management revenue of SEK 1,423 million compared to SEK 1,433 million for the same period a year ago. Net operating income was SEK 953 million compared to SEK 884 million for the same period a year ago. Profit before tax was SEK 653 million compared to SEK 1,006 million for the same period a year ago.
