As part of its Wonarah Strategic Partnership Process announced on June 7, 2012, Minemakers Limited has engaged ICICI Securities Limited to act as its financial adviser in India to assist in engaging with and securing a partner for the Wonarah Phosphate Project.
ICICI Securities Limited appointed L Govind as head of structured products and corporate debt restructuring. He joins ICICI Securities from Reliance Capital Limited, where he monitored RCL's investments in corporates.
ICICI Securities Limited announced the launch of complete bouquet of financial planning services like financial planning, portfolio evaluation services and estate planning services to be offered across India. With the launch of these services, ICICI Securities has added a new wing to its broad-range of products and services offerings. At a nominal fee, customers can select from two options: the customer can meet the planner face-to-face. The customer can speak to a planner either on phone or through a video conference. In addition to the Financial Planning service, customers can also avail of the Portfolio Evaluation Services. This service aims at offering an in-depth analysis of all the investments in the customer's portfolio with respect to returns, risk associated and diversification. The analysis is done by experts and provides an unbiased evaluation of the performance of the portfolio. The portfolio is analyzed on the following parameters: Asset allocation vis-à-vis the risk profile, Risk and Returns of the portfolio against benchmark, Portfolio diversification and single stock/sector risk and Consensus view of the stocks/Mutual Funds in the portfolio. This analysis can assist customers understand the health of the portfolio in terms of the performance and risks. Estate Planning Service: The estate planning services comprises understanding the needs of clients and assisting them in inheritance planning. Will is the simplest form of Estate planning. Will Drafting Service and Trust Formation will also be offered on a referral basis.
