Celtra Inc. announced two key executive appointments to its Global Sales, Strategy and Services team: Doug MacDonald, Senior Vice President, U.S. Agency Sales, and Greg Roth, Vice President, Social. These key new hires join a growing team of experienced sales executives led by Todd Taplin, Executive Vice President of Global Sales, Strategy and Services of Celtra. As the company continues to strengthen the sales function under his leadership, proven industry executives like Mr. MacDonald and Mr. Roth will help Celtra shape the future of display advertising and help grow headcount and revenue in 2014. Mr. MacDonald will have responsibility for growing Celtra's U.S. Agency Sales team and revenue, effectively advancing the company's leadership track in mobile display advertising and analytics in the market. Mr. Roth will guide further adoption of its industry leading social rich media offering, which brings immersive rich media ad experiences to social media feeds for Twitter and Facebook. Mr. MacDonald joins the company from Adap.tv where he served as Vice President East, Agency Sales, responsible for building the Eastern region buy-side sales team to engage agencies and brands, selling Adap.tv marketplace and platform, and selling in-target audience campaigns. Most recently, Mr. Roth was Vice President Social Media & Search for Centric Digital where he created enterprise-wide social media strategies for Fortune 500 companies.

Celtra Inc. announced the appointment of Todd Taplin as Executive Vice President of Global Sales, Strategy and Services. Mr. Taplin brings exceptional business leadership and comprehensive industry experience to the Celtra team, as the company heads into 2014 positioned to expand its growth and market leader position. Based in Celtra's Boston office, Mr. Taplin will support Celtra's global plans to shape the future of display advertising, as well as double company headcount and business revenue by end of year 2014. Todd joins Celtra from Adobe, where he served as Vice President of their Advertising Group, responsible for developing the advertising strategy, sales and operation of the company's platform business. Prior to Adobe, he spent several years at Collective as Chief Revenue Officer during the company's hyper-growth years. Prior to Collective, Todd ran sales and operational organizations at Yahoo and 7 Media. Todd's broad depth of knowledge will prove crucial for the successful scaling and implementation of Celtra's growth strategy.
