The Directors of Lyxor/Havens International Fund Limited announced that with effect from September 18th, 2013, The Bank of New York Mellon SA/NV, London Branch has been appointed as a Custodian to the Fund in addition to the existing Custodian SG Hambros Trust Company Limited. The Fund has appointed The Bank of New York Mellon SA/NV, London Branch as Collateral Custodian to provide custody services in connection with the delivery and receipt on behalf of the Fund of cash and securities by way of collateral to secure liabilities owed by the Fund or owing to the Fund under derivative transactions such as, but not limited to, swaps, options and forwards. Securities held for the Fund under the Collateral Custody Agreement are segregated on the Collateral Custodian's books from its own property and its other clients' property.

BNY Mellon Appoints Eric Pulinx as Chief Financial Officer of BNY Mellon's European Bank

BNY Mellon named Eric Pulinx as Chief Financial Officer of its European banking entity The Bank of New York Mellon SA/NV, subject to regulatory approval. Pulinx has a wealth of experience in the Belgium financial services industry. He joins after four years with bpost Bank (Belgian Postal Bank), where he was latterly Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk Officer and a Member of the Executive Committee. Previously Pulinx spent over 10 years with KPMG where he was Senior Manager and recognized statutory auditor on the audit of several significant European banks. He is also President of the Prudential Affairs Committee of Febelfin (the Belgian National Bankers Association). He was appointed a Board Member of Febelfin Academy in April 2012.
