Company Overview of Celcite Management Solutions, LLC

Company Overview

Celcite Management Solutions, LLC provides optimization solutions for wireless technologies worldwide. It offers COPS, a single enterprise grade mobile network performance and optimization platform that connects, harvests, and processes data from a variety of data feeds, such as OSS, internal data systems, and third party tools/applications. The company’s COPS includes COPS-AIC (Automatic Intelligent Correlation), an automated rules engine that takes in data types from the network, such as performance counters, faults, trouble tickets, mobile measurements data, and geo location data to correlate possible root cause analysis with poorly performing network elements; COPS-SON that operates on a...

Celcite Management Solutions, LLC Key Developments

Celcite Management Solutions, LLC Adds LTE Support to Location-Aware Optimisation Platform COPS-Geo

Celcite Management Solutions, LLC has announced that its geo-location based planning and optimisation solution COPS-Geo has now also added support for LTE technology. The solution uses mobile measurements such as User Equipment Traffic Recording (UETR) and Cell Traffic Recording (CTR) to geo-locate subscribers and traffic, thereby providing a location-aware visualisation and optimisation platform both on UMTS and LTE. This important enhancement to COPS-Geo is designed to help mobile network operators to improve subscriber experience by efficiently planning and optimising LTE network expansions and benchmarking mobile device performance. The introduction of complex heterogeneous networks (HetNets), involving the integration of small cells alongside the UMTS and LTE macrocell ecosystem, has created a need for even more rigorous subscriber location-based planning and optimisation of networks. Mobile network operators' planning and optimisation teams are placing a growing emphasis on pre-launch and post-launch optimisation based on location-specific information using subscriber measurements and benchmarking of mobile devices, and are now moving further away from drive test based optimisation. COPS-Geo's UETR Call Browser enables the operator to track, drill down and troubleshoot subscriber call flows, including drops, blocks, and handover failures. It also provides detailed network optimisation reports and analyses on poorly performing cells, as well as performing statistical analysis on various measurements and KPIs. Further, IMEI/IMSI reports and analyses enable performance drill-down on specific subscribers and specific mobile devices. Along with device analytics, subscriber experience visualisation and network optimisation support, it also provides for effective network coverage and capacity management and thereby a smarter approach to prioritising CAPEX allocation and reducing subscriber churn.

Celcite Management Solutions Expands Sales and Support Presence with Three New Offices in Latin America

Celcite Management Solutions announced that it is expanding its presence in the Latin American region with the opening of three new offices in the strategically important locations of Mexico, Argentina and Colombia in addition to the existing office in Brazil. Having local support in place will enable Celcite to continue to provide a high quality service to these and other customers in the region, and to further its strategy of accelerating the widespread adoption of automatic and self-optimising network (SON) solutions.

Celcite Management Solutions, LLC Supplies Cops Enterprise Software Platform to Iusacell in Mexico

Celcite Management Solutions, LLC announced that Iusacell is now using Celcite's COPS(TM) enterprise platform to optimise its 2G and 3G networks and to maximize the quality and capacity of its voice and data service. Iusacell has selected COPS Enterprise Platform, including COPS-Geo and COPS --VIPCare in order to achieve efficient centralized management and automatic optimization of its network quality and to be able to perform more effective monitoring of its VIP customer experience. By deploying the COPS platform, Iusacell's RF capacity planning and optimization teams will benefit from an unprecedented level of control, effective load balancing of traffic in a rapidly increasing data demand environment in Mexico and most importantly will allow Iusacell to focus on its aim of achieving the best possible service quality of an ever evolving and expanding wireless network.
