Integra Realty Resources, Inc. announced that it has opened a new office in Birmingham, Ala. to offer commercial real estate valuation and consulting services. The new office will be located in the Wells Fargo Tower at 420 North 20th Street, Suite 2750. IRR-Birmingham specializes in valuation of office, retail, industrial and multifamily commercial properties and vacant land. Services offered include valuation for lending purposes, financial reporting, litigation support, eminent domain consulting, market/feasibility studies, construction project management and insurance appraisals. The office will include five other real estate professionals. The company announced the new Birmingham office will be headed by Managing Director Rusty Rich, MAI, MRICS, who has been involved in the appraisal field since 1998 in the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic United States. Mr. Rich began his appraisal career in 1998 with the Ratcliffe, Cali, Duffy, Hughes & Company. In 2007, Mr. Rich joined Cushman & Wakefield in the Birmingham alliance office and was promoted to Associate Director in 2009.
