The Steel Solutions and Services segment operate distribution, steel service center, construction, international, and projects units. The company has a joint venture with Severstal Joint Stock Company to produce coated steel for the Russian automotive market. Arcelor has strategic alliances with Bilbao Guggenheim Museum, Nippon Steel Corporation, and Baosteel. The company was incorporated in 2001 and is headquartered in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg.
