Tango Card, Inc. Announces Tango Card for Salesforce App Simplifies B2B Gift Card Giving
Sep 6 12
Tango Card, Inc. announced Tango Card for Salesforce, a new application available on the Salesforce AppExchange that allows customers to give, track, and manage gift cards from right within Salesforce. With the new Tango Card for Salesforce app, sending a gift card literally takes seconds. After installing the free app, just look up a contact or lead, choose a card, write a message, and hit send. Gift card options include the Tango Card as well as digitally delivered gift cards from major retail brands including Starbucks and Fandango. Through a partnership with Treat, sending a beautiful physical greeting card also becomes as simple as sending an email. Additionally there is 'zero-click' integration with Concur Technologies. For any purchase made with a linked Concur account, a receipt image for any purchase is posted directly to an open Concur expense report. This integration finally creates a simple way to properly expense and account for enterprise gift card purchases.
Tango Card, Inc. Announces Partnership with Concur Technologies, Inc. to Modernize Corporate Gifting
Jun 15 12
Tango Card, Inc. and Concur Technologies, Inc. have created a seamless zero-click integration to streamline gift card purchases and expense management. More than $50 billion is spent annually on a variety of enterprise gift cards; from customer service and billing teams to sales and marketing teams, it is ubiquitous across modern organizations. Predictable, accurate, and consistent tracking and reporting of gift cards, however, is far from universal. Often business-related gift cards are bought, presented, and then largely forgotten. Individual denominations are generally small, ranging from $10 to $200, but together they add up to billions every month. Correctly capturing who gave what to whom and managing this material expense is challenging. Through Tango Card's integration with the Concur Connect Platform, gift card purchasers create an account with Tango Card and then link to their Concur account through an effortless authentication process. Purchases made using this Tango Card account, either directly from Tango Card's site or through Tango Card's application on Salesforce(R) and other platforms, automatically insert an expense entry directly into the sender's Concur account that includes an attached receipt image. This happens without the user taking any action, a truly seamless integration.
