Bebida Beverage Company, (BeBevCo), announced the company's product, KOMA Unwind Liquid Relaxation(r), its KOMA Unwind shots and Relax 5 shots will soon be available in Circle K. In the coming months, KOMA Unwind Liquid Relaxation(r) featuring newly packaged KOMA Unwind regular and zero drinks, will be finding a new home in nearly 300 Circle K stores across Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina. For those craving a quick sense of relaxation, the KOMA Unwind shots and Relax 5 shots will be available in the coming weeks across 400 or more additional retail stores spreading across the Midwest, including the states of Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky and Missouri.
Circle K Stores, Inc. Signs Acquisition Deals in U.S

Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. announced that it has signed separate deals through its indirect subsidiary, Circle K Stores Inc., to acquire 36 stores in three U.S. states. Under an agreement with Albuquerque Convenience and Retail LLC, it will acquire 23 stores in New Mexico. These sites are currently operated as Circle K-branded franchises. Couche-Tard's southwest division would operate all 23 under the Circle K brand and continue to offer Phillips 66-branded motor fuel. The company announced that it will buy the land and buildings for 22 locations and assume or enter into leases for the remaining locations. The other 13 stores are being acquired from Publix Super Markets Inc., 11 in Florida and the other two in Georgia.
