The firm prefers to invest in emerging markets with a focus on Eastern Europe, Latin America and Asia including India. It seeks to invest up to $8 million per business. The firm’s investments are often combined with quasi-equity financial instruments and subordinated debt, and will include defined investment liquidity protections.
