Orange France won over more than 900,000 customers through its simplicity and benefits: Open means one contract, one bill and one customer service contact. Open Fibre is now available nationwide across France. In October, the Open range is being simplified and strengthened. The new Open range offers more beneficial mobile plans suited to the specific needs of each user. Calls from mobile are now unlimited (excluding special numbers; 250 correspondents/month maximum) from 8 pm to 8 am in France with Open 1. Open 2 offers unlimited calls from your mobile from 7 pm to 8 am and now all weekend or, alternatively, unlimited calls to five numbers (instead of three) for all mobile and fixed operators in France. Open 24/7 continues to offer unlimited calls 24 hours a day, every day of the week, to all mobile and fixed operators in France, as well as to certain fixed line numbers internationally. For those looking to keep their mobile and optimize their budget, Open is now available in a SIM-only version. In this way, customers can enjoy all the benefits of the range, while making savings each month, EUR 5 per month on Open 1, EUR 7 per month on Open 2 and EUR 10 per month on Open 24/7. For an extra EUR 5 per month compared with the ADSL version, they will be able to see all the benefits of Fiber, with internet access at speeds of up to 100 Mbps, as well as an enhanced TV experience with multiscreen TV included. They will also be able to enjoy the best of Orange TV in HD and 3D, simultaneously on two television screens! Lastly, customers will be entitled to a free home installation service. The Open range requires the use of a Livebox, which can be leased for EUR 3 per month or purchased. Prices also available with a 12-month commitment for EUR 6 more per month in standard version, or EUR 5 more per month on the SIM-only offers.
