Following the appointment of Eric Sauvage as President and CEO, LBX Company announced Nov. 1, its new senior management team which already started transitioning and will be effective by January 1st, 2014. Joe ONan has been promoted to Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. ONan previously held position of Corporate Controller at LBX and brings more than 17 years of experience in various management positions in Accounting and Finance within Fortune 500 industry leaders. In his new role, ONan partners with the CEO and plays a key role in developing, monitoring and evaluating overall corporate strategy with the CEO and leadership team with emphasis on bottom line performance; additionally, Joe has direct responsibilities over financial management, supply chain, human resources and information technology. Don Harvell has been promoted to Vice President Sales North America. Harvell was most recently Director of North American Sales at LBX and brings a unique and proven track record of developing new market segments in the construction equipment industry, including rental and pipeline since he joined LBX in 2002. In his new role, Harvell is responsible for all sales and dealer development operations and profitability in North America. Mike Davis has been named Vice President Marketing and Communication. Davis brings significant experience and held several management positions in Sales and Marketing since he joined LBX in 1999. LBX Company has announced that Eric Sauvage will succeed Robert Harvell as president and chief executive officer, following Harvell's retirement at the end of the year. In 1976 Harvell joined what is now, Link-Belt Construction Equipment Company. In September 1998 he was named executive vice president of the newly formed LBX Company LLC (previously the excavator division of Link-Belt Construction Equipment Company) and then appointed president and CEO in January 2000. He will remain as a senior advisor and board member. Sauvage joined LBX in 2008 as vice president and CFO and most recently was appointed executive vice president and CFO, with responsibilities for Engineering/Product Development and Strategic Planning.

LBX Company, LLC has realigned the sales and marketing organizations. Don Harvell has named Director of North American Sales and will be responsible for all sales and dealer development within North America. Most recently, Don was General Manager of Sales for the Southern United States at LBX headquarters. Directly reporting to Don will be the company’s six region managers, Jack McKay, Business Development Manager, and Dave Baldridge, General Manager, Specialty Products. In his newly-created position, Dave Baldridge will use his experience and insight to reach the company’s goal of focused, expanded sales into specialty markets. Reporting to Dave will be Randy Phillips, who has been promoted to Sales Specialist. In this role, Randy will serve the company’s dealer organizations in finding specialty solutions for their customers.
