Citizens Bank, N.A. Announces Pricing of $1.5 Billion of Senior Notes

Citizens Financial Group Inc. announced the pricing of an offering of $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of senior notes, to be issued by Citizens Bank, N.A., consisting of: $750 million 1.600% senior unsecured notes due 2017 at an issue price of 99.947%; and $750 million 2.450% senior unsecured notes due 2019 at an issue price of 99.906%. The securities are being offered under the Bank's Global Bank Note Program dated December 1, 2014. The offering is expected to close on December 4, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions. The Bank intends to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and RBS Securities Inc. are acting as bookrunners for the offering.

RBS Citizens Launches Technology and Services Banking Group; Appoints William Egge to Lead the Group

RBS Citizens has announced the national launch of its Technology and Services banking group. The launch of the Technology and Services (T&S) group comes as Citizens expands its broader Mid-Corporate business nationally. The T&S group will be focused on building relationships with both emerging growth and established technology companies across four primary sectors such as software and systems, business services, hardware and equipment, media and communications. The group will be led by William Egge, who joined Citizens in 2014 to develop the national strategy for this business. Egge has over 17 years of experience in the Technology and Services industry as both a banker covering the industry while at Wachovia Securities and as an M&A and corporate finance professional for two private equity backed technology companies.

RBS Citizens Announces Russell J. Herakovich as Managing Director and Head of the Commercial Healthcare Banking Group

RBS Citizens announced that Russell J. Herakovich has been hired as Managing Director and Head of the Commercial Healthcare Banking Group. Based in Atlanta, he will lead the national expansion of RBS Citizens' team of corporate bankers serving the healthcare sector. Most recently, Herakovich worked for GE Capital, Healthcare Financial Services, where he was a Managing Director and head of the Southeast and Central regions for its Healthcare Corporate Finance team. Herakovich has 20 years of experience structuring and syndicating leveraged cash flow and asset-based senior credit facilities and has been involved in the raising or placing of more than $15 billion in capital. With 16 years of experience covering the healthcare industry and experience across the spectrum of pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare information technology and healthcare services, he is a frequent speaker at healthcare and investor conferences. Herakovich worked at GE Capital, Healthcare Financial Services, for 12 years and was responsible for a six-person team that originated debt transactions in the Southeast and Central regions of the United States. He joined GE Capital in 2002 and previously served as Senior Vice President of Originations in charge of the Central Region. He also previously worked at banks including SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and First Union.
