OgilvyOne Worldwide has promoted Emma de la Fosse and Charlie Wilson to joint Chief Creative Officers of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EAME) effective immediately. In their new roles, de la Fosse and Wilson will oversee the creative output of a network of 20 offices in 16 countries, whilst continuing to run the OgilvyOne London Creative Department. They succeed Michael Kutschinski, who was appointed Global Chief Creative Officer, OgilvyOne Worldwide, earlier February 2014. They will continue to be based in London and report to Annette King, Chief Executive Officer, OgilvyOne EAME and Sam Williams-Thomas, Chief Executive Officer, OgilvyOne London.

Ogilvy Malaysia appointed Sulin Lau as the new Managing Director of Ogilvy & Mather Advertising and OgilvyOne. Sulin was most recently Head of Marketing Services at DiGi Telecommunications where she oversaw the brand, communications, ecommerce and CX management. Sulin also brings to her new role 10 years in brand planning, leading strategy teams in Malaysia and regionally across Asia-Pacific. As Managing Director for both Ogilvy & Mather Advertising and OgilvyOne, Sulin is tasked with integrating digital, data analytics, social and e-Commerce capabilities into Ogilvy's core advertising offerings. While both companies will continue to operate as two distinct units, this joint leadership role also allows the agency to better respond to a brand's changing needs and new emerging opportunities by harnessing more effectively the natural synergies in talent, technology, knowledge and tools.
Chris Slough Returns to OgilvyOne as Global Managing Partner for British Airways

Chris Slough is rejoining OgilvyOne as the Global Brand Management lead on the British Airways Global Business. Chris will be responsible for OgilvyOne, the 12th Floor and Neo across British Airways' Global Creative Technology and Customer Engagement business. He takes up his position in mid-August and will report to Jo Coombs, Managing Director, OgilvyOne UK and Nelly Andersen, Executive Vice President of Global Brands, OgilvyOne Worldwide. Chris returns to Ogilvy after a short stint at Iris Worldwide, and two years as Managing Director at Proximity London, a role he took on when he left OgilvyOne in July 2011.
