It seeks to invest in consumer durable goods and related services, access control, RF technology, wireless communication, control and monitoring, systems integration and related services, and lighting, lighting control and energy management sectors. The firm typically invests in companies based in North America. It seeks invest between $30 million to $200 million equity in companies with revenues between $100 million and $500 million and EBITDA between $10 million and $75 million. In case of add-on-acquisitions, the firm will consider investments in smaller companies.
