Nihon Kohden America Announces Executive Appointments

Nihon Kohden America announced the appointment of two new executive staff positions. The company has named Dr. Wilson Constantine as COO and appointed Mike Dashefsky global strategic marketing executive. Nihon Kohden America Wins Contract for Patient Monitoring Systems

Nihon Kohden America has been awarded a maximum $27,579,330 modification (P0006) exercising the second one-year option period on a base contract (SPM2D1-12-D-8300) with eight one-year option periods for patient monitoring systems, subsystems, accessories, consumables, spare and repair parts, and training. Location of performance is California with an October 30, 2014 performance completion date. Using services are Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and federal civilian agencies. Type of appropriation is fiscal year 2014 through fiscal year 2015 defense working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support, Philadelphia, Pa.
