Wellsource Health Solutions, LLC, a joint venture between Wellsource Inc. and Health Solutions Ltd(R), announced an agreement with Concentra Health Services Inc. that will leverage the assets of all three companies, and provide a unique and robust solution for current and future client bases. Wellsource Health Solutions has contracted with Concentra to provide its full range of health risk assessments (HRA's) and online tools as well as telephonic health coaching, as a complement to Concentra's on-site health and wellness initiatives. Concentra was selected by Wellsource Health Solutions for its innovative health services and for its ability to improve access to quality health care solutions, made possible by Concentra's 321 national medical centers and 258 employer on-site facilities. Through this strategic business agreement, future clients will enjoy a complete, seamless, full-service health and wellness offering with the ease and convenience of testing services managed at Concentra on-site locations and Concentra Medical Centers. Wellsource Health Solutions has also been named a provider of certain elements for Concentra's comprehensive health management program known as TotalCare. Wellsource Health Solutions will provide TotalCare participants with telephonic health coaching and other health improvement essentials, including motivational enhancement, ongoing monitoring of healthy lifestyle practices, and support for program adherence. In particular, Wellsource Health Solutions provides Concentra TotalCare with its award-winning Wellsource(R) Personal Wellness Profile(TM)(PWP).

Concentra Health Services Inc. has added levels of urgent care service to all 324 Concentra Medical Centers in more than 40 states across the country. This expansion makes Concentra currently the only health care organization with a national presence to offer urgent care services to the general public.
