Showtime Networks, Inc. Announces Management Changes

Showtime Networks, Inc. announced that executive vice president and CFO Jerome Scro is retiring. Showtime Networks has realigned the structure of several business units in connection with the retirement, promoting executive Tom Christie to the newly created role of president of distribution, business development and network operations. Christie, who previously served as executive vice president of affiliate sales, will continue to lead Showtime Networks' affiliate sales team and in 2013 will add oversight of the planning and execution of future strategies and new business ventures, as well as broadcast operations. In addition, Showtime Networks' president of entertainment, David Nevins, will now serve as liaison to CBS' international and domestic distribution groups.
