SWIFT and Royal Bank of Scotland Announce Strategic Partnership

SWIFT and The Royal Bank of Scotland, or RBS, have announced a strategic partnership to offer multi-national corporates, or MNCs, and large corporates across Asia Pacific a customized solution that will reportedly simplify their working capital needs. RBS will provide corporate clients with a complete and integrated suite of working capital solutions, utilizing the seamless connection of SWIFT's new networks, SWIFT Alliance Lite2 and SWIFT Alliance Converter. This integrated solution will allow corporate to conduct their liquidity, domestic and cross border payable and receivables, as well as manage their import and export documents for their trade transactions. The partnership with SWIFT will ensure a seamless migration for corporates from their propriety connectivity channels to the SWIFT network, with additional cost benefits for corporates.
