Former Dallas mayor and U.S. Senate candidate Tom Leppert has been named CEO of Kaplan Inc. Leppert will replace Andrew Rosen as CEO with effective from April 1, 2014. Leppert joined Kaplan as president and chief operating officer in January 2013. Before joining Kaplan, Leppert
was mayor of Dallas from 2007 through 2011 and ran for Senate in 2012, but did not make the Republican runoff.
