eMarketer Inc. announced several organizational changes aimed to help the company continue its rapid growth and international expansion. Terry Chabrowe, who has served as Chief Operating Officer since eMarketer was founded in 1996, has been named Chief Executive Officer, responsible for day-to-day operations and overall strategy. Geoff Ramsey, who has been CEO since 2001, is now Chairman. Ramsey will continue to represent the eMarketer brand around the world, in addition to leading product development. Sam Alfstad, the first CEO of the company, is now Vice-Chairman, focused on developing eMarketer's unique market position.

Digitas Inc. has announced a partnership with eMarketer Inc. to provide over 3,000 Digitas employees worldwide the latest insights on digital marketing, media and commerce. The partnership gives Digitas employees access to a steady flow of information on online marketing, media spending and consumer usage trends through eMarketer's corporate subscription service and the company's mobile application, Executive View. Since finalizing the deal, which took effect in January, demand for eMarketer's services has skyrocketed among Digitas employees. This partnership comes on the heels of a number of new exciting initiatives for the agency.
