Abris Capital Partners is planning to obtain preliminary offers for FM Bank PBP, Polish News Bulletin reported citing Puls Biznesu daily. The procedure of sale is said to be at an advanced stage. Brighton Institute Reportedly Receives Bids

Sovereign Capital Partners LLP sale of Brighton Institute of Modern Music is understood to be progressed and ongoing, after a first round of bids for the firm was submitted earlier this month, July 2014. Seven bidders took part in the first round including at least four private equity firms, among them Bowmark Capital LLP, Providence Equity Partners LLC, Palamon Capital Partners and Equistone Partners Europe. The bids are understood to be well in excess of £50 million.

Palamon Capital Partners Appoints hilippe Arbour as Managing Director of Structured Finance and Antony Barker as Director of Investor Relations and Marketing

Palamon Capital Partners has appointed of Philippe Arbour as managing director of structured finance and Antony Barker as director of investor relations and marketing. Arbour joins Palamon having spent ten years with Lloyds Banking Group. Barker re-joins Palamon from global placement agent Campbell Lutyens and DMC Partners, where he was an investor relations associate based in London.
