He continues to report to his father, Jim Frank, who previously served as Wheels' president, and remains the company's CEO and chairman of the board. Wheels, Inc. has appointed John Higginson as chief technology officer. With more than 23 years of eCommerce experience, Higginson has the ultimate responsibility for developing and managing Wheels' client-facing applications, systems infrastructure and security, telecommunications, internal networks, and business continuance functions. Higginson spent the last seven years at FTD Companies, Inc., and served as the organization's CTO from 2010-2013. Prior to FTD, Higginson spent 14 years at Applied Systems, Inc., where he ultimately rose to the role of Executive vice president of Technology. During his time at Applied Systems, he helped build the company from an early 1990s startup into the large independent software business in the property and casualty insurance industry. Higginson oversaw a number of major technology releases at Applied Systems, including a pioneering enterprise-scale software package for agents and brokers, as well as the industry's first real-time rating and policy submission solution.

Wheels, Inc. promoted Norman Din to vice president of sales while moving Laura Jozwiak to vice president and Art Failla to assistant vice president of client relations. Mr. Din assumes control of a business development organization at Wheels that promotes a client-focused, problem-solving approach to delivering value and winning new business. Mr. Din joined the company in 2004, and had previously served as Wheels' VP of Client Relations, a position that now belongs to Ms. Jozwiak. In her new role, Ms. Jozwiak oversees Wheels' Account Management, Client Relations and Account Transition teams, which provide strategic guidance and analytic resources to assist Wheels' customers in making informed decisions that improve the performance of their fleets. Ms. Jozwiak joined Wheels in 2002 as an Account Manager, and most recently served as a Senior Director of Client Relations. Mr. Failla, also a former Senior Client Relations Director, will report to and work with Ms. Jozwiak in providing strategic and analytical support for Wheels' customer fleets.
