Allen Communication Learning Services was proud to be selected by Crew Training International (CTI) to help develop the curriculum for a series of web-based training courses designed to introduce prospective remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) pilots and sensor operators to the vehicle's systems. CTI is a vital part of the U.S. Air Force's critical and expanding Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) mission, and serves as the prime contractor for various training programs throughout the country responsible for training over 1,000 students per year. CTI chose Allen to assist in the development of a series of standalone web-based training (WBTs) courses that introduce learners to the basic topics and provide a foundation for subsequent instructor-led training sessions (ILTs) on the topics.

JetBlue University has partnered with Allen Communication Learning Services to develop their first internal mobile device solution, an Interactive map of their new Long Island Support Center (LSC) in Long Island City, NY. The mobile interactive map for Jet Blue University developed by Allen Communication Learning Services. Though JetBlue employees rely heavily on BlackBerry devices, the new mobile solution is designed to work with all mobile devices, as well as traditional desktop platforms. The cross-platform compatibility, combined with its intuitive design and easy-to-use functionality, was key to ensuring the new solution was available as a resource for all stake-holders. This isn't the first collaboration between JetBlue and Allen. JetBlue University uses the highly customizable Allen Learning Portal as their learning management system to deliver their entire online course catalog to JetBlue Crewmembers.

International Capital and Management Company partnered with Allen Communication Learning Services to design a new four-module training course that focuses on essential skills around team building, communication, and accountability and has helped patient care teams make considerable improvement in team effectiveness. The four-module training ICMC developed in conjunction with Allen Communication teaches each team member how to function effectively in a team structure in order to operate seamlessly and optimize patient care. The four modules focus on basic team structure, roles and responsibilities, accountability and team conflict management.
