As of September 29, 2004, Principal America Office Trust was acquired by Macquarie Office Trust Ltd. Lend Lease US Office Trust operates as an investment trust company. It invests in prime US office buildings. As of December 31, 2002, the company had nine office assets, including Wachovia Financial Center, 10 & 30 South Wacker, Bank One Center, SunTrust Center, Promenade II, Pasadena Towers, Preston Commons, Sterling Plaza, and One Liberty Square in Texas, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, California, Indiana, Illinois, and Georgia.
