At its fourth annual user conference, Xactware announced a new functionality within its claims management and assignment network, XactAnalysis, that lets insurance carriers more easily score the performance of adjusters and contractors. Xactware Performance Scorecard gives property claims managers and supervisors the ability to view performance metrics for third-party adjusters and contractors based on a variety of reporting criteria, such as cycle times, customer satisfaction, estimate quality, and more. The tool then generates an overall rating that insurers can use to determine if company standards are being met and where improvements can be made. Performance Scorecard features an intuitive dashboard and easy-to-read charts that simplify the analytical process. Filters also help XactAnalysis users sort data so they can quickly find the information they need to make informed business decisions. Users can also export reports as Microsoft Excel documents that can be shared easily with fellow decision makers.
Xactware Solutions, Inc. unveiled Xactimate version 28, a revolutionary new way to estimate structural repair costs on mobile, online, and desktop platforms. When the update is released in spring 2013, Xactimate will be available on iOS and AndroidTM devices, web browsers, or desktop and laptop computers. This gives insurance and restoration professionals the flexibility to record claims information, diagram loss sites, compile repair costs, and produce estimate reports on a wide range of computing devices. Work assignments sync on Xactimate mobile, online, or desktop platforms via powerful cloud-based technology. This means when an Xactimate user makes changes to an estimate on a smartphone, tablet, or computer, the information can update everywhere else so the user can seamlessly switch devices and keep working on estimates when needed. Since assignments can be stored in the cloud, there's no need to worry about losing data if a device is lost or destroyed. Xactware's cloud also simplifies collaboration with supervisors and coworkers.
West Bend Mutual Insurance Company has integrated Xactware's contents estimating solution, XactContents, to promote consistency and enhance its ability to handle claims for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. The organization chose XactContents because it is loaded with features that shorten the contents claims life cycle and helps adjusters quickly compile thorough replacement estimates for personal property items.
