As Director of A&E Technical Operations at EMG, Mr. Bailey brings more than 25 years of Architectural, Engineering and Energy consulting experience, including seven years with EMG. His responsibilities at EMG include managing all services and products offered by EMG's A&E professional team, primarily Property Condition Assessment (PCA) services for engineering due diligence projects associated with commercial real estate transactions nationwide. Over his career, Mr. Bailey has been responsible for program level management of large technical projects from the request for proposal to project close-out.
