Over his career, Mr. Bailey has been responsible for program level management of large technical projects from the request for proposal to project close-out. Key clients have included Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, Office of Affordable Housing Preservation (OAHP), FEMA, Department of Homeland Security, USDA, Department of Energy - Oak Ridge National Laboratories (ORNL) and D.C. Public Schools. Additional experience includes Building Forensic Studies, Energy Benchmarking Studies, Renewable Energy Feasibility Studies and Energy Audits for clients in various market segments. He is based at EMG Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland.
