Spare Backup Inc. announced that it has reached an agreement with privately held Cydcor Limited whereby Cydcor will market Spare Backup's line of backup services for consumers and small businesses throughout its business to business direct sales network. Under the terms of the agreement Cydcor will offer Spare Backup's business data storage solutions to its network of business clients. Both companies will share in the revenue derived from sales on a monthly or annual subscription basis.
