Suzi Morris has joined Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group as senior vice president to manage the firm's expanding Pacific Northwest activities. Morris will lead the development of the 169-unit 1321 Seneca condominium project on First Hill, Lowe's joint venture project with Swedish mutual pension company Alecta, due to break ground in mid-2014. She will also seek new investment and development opportunities in the area. Morris previously served as development director for Alliance Residential and as senior investment manager of multifamily development for Schnitzer West, LLC.

Mark S. Rivers has been named Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group's Washington D.C. Metro operations. He will oversee all commercial and multifamily activities in the Washington D.C. Metro area including acquisitions, development, asset management and business development. Together with Rivers' new role, Mike Balaban, who formerly led its Washington D.C. area operations, has assumed a larger strategic role for the firm pursuing expanded national development strategies as well as continuing to develop new business in the eastern U.S. Rivers joined the company in 2004. He oversaw the $150 million restoration of the historic Washington Hilton Hotel as well as the development of $245 million CityVista project in the heart of Washington, D.C.
