Swipely Inc. announced that it has appointed Bari Harlam to Chief Marketing Officer, Matthew Oley to VP of Sales, and Joe Pignato as CFO. Bari Harlam joins the company with consumer marketing and retailing expertise, most recently at CVS, where she oversaw the launch and growth of ExtraCare into the largest retail loyalty program in the world, with over 60 million active members. Matt Oley has more than eight years of merchant sales experience, most recently as head of sales at Seamless. Joe Pignato brings to the company two decades of financial experience. Prior to joining the company, he served in a variety of senior financial and operational positions including CFO at a NASDAQ-listed company and in leadership roles at venture capital funds with over $3 billion under management including Prism Ventures and Charles River Ventures.
