HCA International Limited Appoints John Bugos as its CFO

HCA International Limited has announced the appointment of John Bugos as its new CFO. John Bugos, who is currently Director of Strategy and Planning at HCA International, will succeed Jim Petkas who is retiring after 20 years with HCA. Jim will return to the US in September, 2012 after a handover period with John Bugos. Mr. Petkas became CFO in the UK in 2007 and has played a vital role in directing a major growth plan that included the development of many new services and facilities for HCA International. In his new role, John Bugos will be responsible for the financial operations of HCA's six hospitals, its four joint ventures with the NHS in London and Manchester and its ten diagnostic and outpatients' centres around the Capital.
