Fedex Smartpost Moving Headquarters from New Berlin to Brookfield

FedEx SmartPost announced that in early 2014 will move its headquarters from New Berlin to a 79,228-square-foot office in Brookfield that it leased from Hammes Co. The Brookfield office building overlooks Interstate 94 from 17950 W. Corporate Drive, and has sat vacant since 2010 when the previous tenant, AT&T, moved out, said Andrew Weltcheff, senior vice president of asset management for Hammes Co., Brookfield.
