SkyTeam Co-Locate at Beijing Capital International Airport

SkyTeam has unveiled its brand new check-in co-located area at Terminal 2 Beijing Capital International Airport. The new facility brings together Air France, Aeroflot, Alitalia, China Eastern, China Southern, Delta Air Lines, Korean Air, KLM and Vietnam Airlines, as part of SkyTeam member's efforts to collaborate in order to improve customer benefits and deliver a superior SkyTeam experience. This is the first time that SkyTeam, the #1 airline alliance in the Greater China region, has operated out of a common location in China. SkyTeam's Beijing facility includes 50 check-in desks, with a further 10 self-service kiosks available by the end of the year. Premium passengers benefit from dedicated check-in counters.

Air China Ltd. Enters into an Agreement with SkyTeam

Air China Ltd. has entered into an agreement to join SkyTeam. The airline will be the 15th member of SkyTeam, and the first from Taiwan, China, and it is adding three new destinations, Okinawa and Miyazaki, in Japan, and Surabaya, in Indonesia, to the SkyTeam network.
