SA Power Networks Signs Initial Three-Year Contract with National Broadband Network Company

Spark Infrastructure reported that SA Power Networks has signed an initial three-year contract with the National Broadband Network Company as a Tier 1 supplier of design and construction services for the continuing rollout of the National Broadband Network Company in South Australia. The work will be conducted by the construction and maintenance services (CaMS) division of SA Power Networks and includes construction of overhead and underground cabling portions of the local and distribution network for National Broadband Network Company. The construction of these local distribution services will pave the way for connection of around 300,000 South Australians to National Broadband Network Company.
