iShares Asia Trust - Ishares CSI A - Share Infrastructure Index ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by BlackRock Asset Management North Asia Limited. It invests in the public equity markets of China. The fund uses derivative instruments such as CAAPs to invest in stocks of companies engaged in the infrastructure sector. It seeks to track the performance of its portfolio against the CSI 300 Infrastructure Index, by using synthetic representative sampling methodology. iShares Asia Trust - Ishares CSI A - Share Infrastructure Index ETF was formed on November 12, 2009 and is domiciled in Hong Kong.

iShares Asia Trust - Ishares CSI A - Share Infrastructure Index ETF announced unaudited earnings results for the six month period ended June 30, 2012.
