iShares Asia Trust - iShares CSI A-Share Energy Index ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by BlackRock Asset Management North Asia Limited. It invests in the public equity markets of China. The fund uses derivative instruments such as CAAPs to invest in stocks of companies operating in the energy sector. It seeks to track the performance of its portfolio against the CSI 300 Energy Index, by using synthetic representative sampling methodology. iShares Asia Trust - iShares CSI A-Share Energy Index ETF was formed on November 12, 2009 and is domiciled in Hong Kong.
