Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV is reportedly seeking to acquire D.E Master Blenders 1753 N.V. According to dealers, Inbev has approached two of De Master Blenders major shareholders to name a price for their stakes, prior to launching a full-scale takeover bid in the region of €12.50 a share. The share holders includes Joh. A. Benckiser GmbH holding 15.3% stake and JAB Holdings B.V. holding 12.9% stake in D.E Master Blenders. The shares of De Master Blenders, rose €0.03 to €9.55.
