The company expects total net revenue for the second quarter of fiscal 2012 to be between $93.0 million and $96.0 million, which takes into consideration the two-week, scheduled summer factory shutdown that occurs in the firearm division each August. The company now expects total net revenue for fiscal 2012 to be between $410.0 million and $425.0 million, which would represent growth of between 4% and 8%.
