Oslo Børs ASA announced unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and second six months ended December 31, 2012. For the quarter, the company reported operating revenues of NOK 93,194,000 against NOK 107,494,000 a year ago. EBITDA was NOK 61,470,000 against NOK 59,798,000 a year ago. Operating profit (EBIT) was NOK 55,921,000 against NOK 53,176,000 a year ago. For the second six months, the company reported operating revenues of NOK 390,216,000 against NOK 454,339,000 a year ago. EBITDA was NOK 219,501,000 against NOK 270,062,000 a year ago. Operating profit (EBIT) was NOK 193,921,000 against NOK 242,832,000 a year ago. Revenue was down by 14%.
