NextWaveWireless Inc. announced that its GO Networks Inc. subsidiary is providing state-of-the-art MBW 2000 series micro cell and MBW 1000 series pico cell Wi-Fi base stations to Unplugged Cities, a full-service Internet technology provider, for deployment in Osseo, Minnesota. The GO Networks equipment is being deployed by Unplugged Cities to provide high-speed, city-wide Wi-Fi broadband service to residents, businesses and visitors of Osseo. Funding for the project is being provided by the city's Economic Development Authority. The new system is expected to be fully operational by the middle of December this year.
