HSBC Bermuda Launches New Five-Year Fixed Rate Mortgage Plan

HSBC Bermuda launches new five-year fixed rate mortgage plan. This limited time offer is ideally suited for any new borrower seeking the stability of a fixed payment amount over the first five years of their mortgage. The 6.10% rate is for HSBC Premier member customers in Bermuda who maintain at least BMD 200,000 in personal savings or investments with the bank. HSBC Advance member customers will be eligible for 6.15% rate and will be required to maintain at least BMD 50,000 or more across all of joint and sole accounts, deposits and investments. HSBC Personal banking customers will qualify for 6.25% rate. The new plan also enables customers to budget and plan along with their other financial requirements like saving, investments and insurance.
