Previously, Repadre Capital Corporation’s business consisted primarily of an indirect 18.9% interest in Gold Fields Ghana Limited; an indirect 18.9% interest in Abosso Goldfields Limited; a 1% royalty on the Diavik diamond property located in the northwest Territories, Canada; and a portfolio of other active and inactive royalty interests on mineral properties located in Canada, Nicaragua, South Africa, Mexico, Bolivia, Honduras, United States, Ghana, and Burkina Faso.
