Ljubljana Receives Bid Approach Form VINCI

VINCI Airports SAS is bidding to acquire Aerodrom Ljubljana (LJSE:AELG). Vinci confirms that it is a candidate in the tender to buy Ljubljana airport," a Vinci spokesman said. Vinci is reportedly offering €50 per share. Finance reported that Fraport AG (XTRA:FRA), Friedmann Pacific Investment Holdings Limited, Save SpA (BIT:SAVE) and Slovenian Sovereign Holding, d.d. (SDH) are among the bidders. SDH is expected to continue negotiations with the two or three highest bidders by July 4, 2014. Reuters reported that Fraport, Friedmann, Save and SDH gave no immediate comment. Aerodrom shares went up by 4.76% at €48.2.
