Banco Finantia SA reported unaudited consolidated earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2011. For the full year, the company reported net interest income of €84.7 million compared to €106.5 million a year ago. Operating income before markets was €101.9 million compared to €122.0 million a year ago. Profit before tax was €3.9 million compared to €11.3 million a year ago. Net profit was €3.1 million compared to €10.9 million a year ago. The decrease in the total operating income is due mainly to a reduction in earning assets and higher cost of funds.
