Bosch Corporation announced personnel changes of President and Directors as follows. Hideaki Oda, President of Bosch Corporation, will retire from his task as President effective March 31, 2012. Following this task he will assume new responsibility as Chairman and Director of Bosch Corporation in Japan. Herbert Hemming, currently Executive Vice President, Original Equipment Sales of Bosch Corporation, will succeed as President and Representative Director effective April 1, 2012. Clesio Honma, currently Managing Director, Original Equipment Sales of Bosch Corporation, will be Herbert Hemming's successor at the same date.
