LTC Global, Inc. announced the appointment of Robert Paulus to the position of Chief Marketing Officer, effective immediately. In his new role, Paulus will oversee the marketing and agency sales functions of the company's insurance distribution subsidiaries, including ACSIA Long Term Care, United Insurance Group, and Senior Wealth Care. Paulus succeeds Deborah Skiff, who is leaving the company to pursue other ventures. An experienced insurance agency manager, Paulus joined the company in 2008 and has managed agency lead processing and distribution among other duties. Paulus works out of LTC Global's Deerfield Beach, Florida office.

LTC Global, Inc. announced the appointment of Deborah Skiff as chief marketing officer, effective from January 03, 2012. In her new role, Skiff will oversee the marketing and agency sales functions of the company's insurance distribution subsidiaries, including ACSIA Long Term Care, United Insurance Group, and Senior Wealth Care. She will report to Richard Pitbladdo, chief executive officer of the company. Skiff joined LTC Global in 2005 and has held multiple executive positions, most recently Vice President of Business Development. Before joining LTC Global, Skiff held leadership positions with several companies ranging from emerging start-ups to global conglomerates. She has more than 20 years of experience in insurance, marketing and banking, with companies such as Philips Healthcare, Genworth Financial, Brightware, Societe Generale and HSBC.

LTC Global, Inc. announced that Richard Pitbladdo has been elected Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2012. He will replace Thomas Skiff, who is stepping down as President and Chief Executive Officer at the end of 2012. David Yost, who joined LTC Global in 2004 and has been the company's Treasurer since 2007, will succeed Pitbladdo as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining LTC Global he was Chief Financial Officer of Raybor Management, Inc.
