SilkRoad Technology, Inc. is reportedly planning to launch an initial public offering (IPO) and has selected investment bankers for an IPO, according to an anonymously sourced report from Reuters. SilkRoad has reportedly selected JPMorgan Chase & Co and Piper Jaffray Cos to lead an initial public offering later this year, according to two sources with knowledge of the matter. Reuters reported that JPMorgan declined to comment while SilkRoad and Piper Jaffray could not be reached for comment.
